Abstract

In today's dynamic and interconnected global business environment, supply chain resilience has emerged as a critical factor for organizations seeking to navigate uncertainties and disruptions. This review explores the pivotal role of Information Technology (IT) in bolstering supply chain resilience on a global scale. As supply chains become increasingly complex and vulnerable to various risks, including natural disasters, geopolitical tensions, and pandemics, leveraging IT capabilities becomes imperative for organizations aiming to build and sustain resilience. The review encompasses an in-depth analysis of how IT tools and systems contribute to enhancing supply chain resilience across diverse industries and geographical regions.
